Vice President, Treasurer and Sr. Treasury Manager (Sept 2014 - Feb 2020)
• Developed and Implemented Investment Goals & Investment Strategies; leading entity to obtain highest regulatory rating on investments.
• Guided entity through three acquisitions, integrating Treasury functions, teams, policies, procedures, and risk assessment.
• Accomplished over $5 Million in gains from restructuring the Fixed Income portfolio due to M&A and strategically aligning the portfolio to meet long term goals.
• Accomplished over $250 million in SFR whole loan purchases, giving rise to the development of a new product channel.
• Advised and reported to executive management on Asset Liability Committee related matters while supporting the Bank’s overall Asset Liability Management (ALM) position during regulatory examinations, acquisitions, and audits.

• Developed liquidity management tool, liquidity reporting and enhanced collateral assessment leading to improved liquidity position.
• Automated Corporate Tax Reporting, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting by leveraging data mining techniques and system integration
• Established accounting guidance, reporting processes and adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Regulatory Accounting Principles (RAP) requirements and IRS regulations.
• Developed data input techniques for the Asset Liability Management model improving ALM reporting, ALM Model efficiency, and risk assessment. 

Assistant Vice President, Assistant Controller (January 2002-December 2007)
• Integrated systems, automating financial reporting and preparation of the company’s Annual Report, and Monthly Financial Statements.
• Developed processes, automation and procedures for the preparation, review and filings to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Federal Reserve Bank, Department of Business Oversight (DBO) such as: Statement of Condition (Call Report), Summary of Deposits (SOD), FR2900, FR2644, and other FRB reporting.
• Managed the implementation of the Securities Accounting System, the Accounts Payable System, and Fixed Asset System which included vendor due diligence, software implementation, system development, staff training, developing internal controls, revamping accounting policies and procedures.
